Beverly R. (Smith) Todaro

Beverly R. Todaro, 69, of Greensburg, died Monday, February 19, 2018 in UPMC East, Monroeville.  She was born June 26, 1948 in Southwest Greensburg, a daughter of the late Virgil and Sarah (Trout) Smith.  She had been employed by Southwest Bank, Greensburg and was a member of First Evangelical Lutheran Church, Greensburg.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sister, Jeannine Lakin.  She is survived by her devoted husband of 35 years, Jerome M. Todaro, Jr.; her daughter, Shawnna Todaro, of Greensburg; two grandsons, Michael and Jack; two brothers, Dean Smith and wife Gloria, of Latrobe and Bill Smith and wife Cheryl, of South Greensburg; her best friend, Judy Chrisman and husband Mark, of Greensburg; and several nieces and nephews.  Friends will be received from 3 to 7 PM Wednesday at the LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME, INC., 516 Stanton Street, Greensburg.  A funeral service will begin at 11 AM Thursday in the funeral home with Pastor Larry E. Kemp officiating.  Interment will follow in Hillview Cemetery, Greensburg.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 510 Pellis Rd., Suite 203, Greensburg, PA 15601.  The family would like to acknowledge Beverly’s devoted nurses, Randy Miller and Ashley Kriebel.  www.bachafh.com
