Grace E. Johnson, 87, of Greensburg, died Wednesday, September 21, 2016 at Redstone Highlands, Greensburg.  She was born June 6, 1929 in Greensburg, a daughter of the late Clifford R. and Mary E. (Blank) Danser.  Prior to retirement she worked for the US Custom Service under the US Department of Treasury and previously the US Coast Guard both in Miami, FL.  She was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, Trauger.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband:  Bob R. Johnson; 3 sisters:  Lorraine Clark, Jean Wiley and Sara J. Mears; 2 brothers:  Donald R. and Patrick “Cutty” Danser.  She is survived by 3 brothers:  Roy C. and wife Veronica of Greensburg; Frank L. of Washington, DC and Thomas H. Danser and wife Lois of Greensburg; a sister:  Phyllis M. Arnold of Greensburg; 2 sister-in-laws:  Elizabeth Danser and Carol Danser; and several nieces and nephews.  There will be no visitation or viewing.  Friends are invited to a memorial service at 1 PM Sunday, October 2, 2016 in St. Paul Lutheran Church, 108 Dutch Hill Road, Latrobe (Trauger), with The Rev. Mark A. Werner officiating.  Inurnment will follow in St. Paul Lutheran Cemetery, Mt. Pleasant Township.  The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to Redstone Highlands for their compassionate care.
