Ina A. Abraham, 76, of Latrobe, died Friday, November 25, 2016 at Excela Health Westmoreland Hospital, Greensburg.  She was born April 30, 1940 in Grove City, a daughter of the late Theodore G.A. and Helen (Sankey) Uber.  She had been a kindergarten teacher for Hempfield Area School District at Fort Allen Elementary School for over 30 years.  She was a member of St. Michael’s Orthodox Church, South Greensburg where she had organized the Vacation Bible School for many years.  She had a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Elementary Education.  Ina enjoyed a large circle of loving friends.  She was loved by 30 years of students as well as her husband’s West Point Class of 1965 peers.  She is survived by her husband: Thomas S. Abraham; 2 sons: Lee Johnson and wife Christine of Morro Bay, Calif. And Fredrick Johnson and wife Jitka of Monroeville; her grandson: Nicholas Johnson; and 2 sisters: Lydia Randolph and husband Richard of Fairbanks, Alaska and Eva Hansen and husband Ross of Orient, South Dakota.  Friends will be received from 2 to 4:30 and 6 to 8 PM Wednesday at St. Michael’s Orthodox Church, 1182 Ashland St., South Greensburg where Memorial Prayers will be held at 8 PM.  A funeral service will begin at 10 AM Thursday at St. Michael’s Orthodox Church with Archpriest John Nosal officiating.  Interment will follow in Westmoreland County Memorial Park, Greensburg.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Michael’s Orthodox Church Building Fund, 1182 Ashland St., South Greensburg, PA 15601 or Operation Support Our Troops, Inc.
