Patrick C. Conte, 64, of Murrysville, died Thursday, August 17, 2017 in UPMC Shadyside Hospital, Pittsburgh surrounded by his family.  He was born December 19, 1952 in Latrobe, a son of the late Joseph Thomas and Eunice (Roll) Conte.  He had been the owner and operator of Formsoft Computer Services.  He was a graduate of Greensburg Central Catholic High School and the University of Pennsylvania.  He is survived by his wife: Cynthia Nicholson Conte; their son: Robert Joseph Conte of Murrysville; their daughter: Maura Elizabeth Conte of Murrysville; his brother: Joseph R. Conte and wife Bonnie of Fairfax, Virginia; three sisters: Delanne Conte of Ft. Washington, Maryland, Norraine Wingfield and husband Richard of Lecompton, Kansas and Fay Conte of Greensburg; several nieces and nephews; great-nephews; a great-niece; and his grand-dogs: Buddy and Sadie.  Friends will be received from 5 to 9 PM Monday and from 9 to 10 AM Tuesday at the LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME, INC., 516 Stanton Street, Greensburg where a funeral service will begin at 10 AM with The Rev. Charles M. Starr officiating.  Interment will follow in St. Clair Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Shadyside Foundation, 532 S.
