Albert L. Papuga, 75, of Bovard, died Thursday, September 13, 2018 in Excela Health Westmoreland Hospital, Greensburg. He was born December 20, 1942 in Crabtree, a son of the late Steven and Elizabeth (Haluska) Papuga. Albert had been a bus driver for First Student and was also the former owner and operator of an auto body shop. He was Catholic by faith. Albert enjoyed showing horses and was a Nascar fan. He was a member of AQHA. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by siblings Betty, Helen, Margaret, Mary, Josephine, Martha, Dorothy, Florence, Steve, Thomas, George and James. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Mary Jane (Rapach) Papuga; his daughter, Jayme Battistella and her companion Dan McGee, Jr.; two granddaughters, Allison Battistella and Ashley Hubbard; two great-grandsons, Collin and Austin Hubbard; his siblings, Ethel Salandro (John), Beverly Pender (Richard), Parthy Miscovich (Dave), Edward Papuga (Helen), and John Papuga; several nieces and nephews and his buddy Trace. Friends will be received from 4 to 8 PM Wednesday at the LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME, INC., 516 Stanton Street, Greensburg. A funeral liturgy will begin at 11 Am Thursday in the funeral home with Rev.
