Ann Marie Grace (Pandolf) Hughes

Ann Marie Grace Hughes, 83, of Greensburg, died Wednesday, October 31, 2018 in Excela Health Westmoreland Hospital, Greensburg.  She was born May 26, 1935 in Greensburg, a daughter of the late Lawrence and Grace (Basile) Pandolf.  She had been employed by the Nutrition Department of Westmoreland Hospital and retired from Westho Credit Union, where she was employed for 27 years.  She was a member of St. Paul Parish, Greensburg.  Ann Marie was an avid Pittsburgh sports fan, cheering on the Steelers, Pirates and Penguins.  She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, gardening, and was a mall walker.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard G. Hughes on September 18, 1982; and her brother, Vincent Pandolf.  She is survived by her son, Richard G. Hughes, Jr. and wife Nancy, of Greensburg; two daughters, Alisa Summy and husband Doug, and Kristin Zaccaria and husband Vince, all of Mt. Pleasant; six grandchildren, Kayla Pisone (Michael), Nicholas and Derek Hughes, and Brandon, Jenna and Leah Zaccaria; two sisters, Annette Scarito, of Akron, OH, and Loraine Pandolf and husband Tom Leasure, of Greensburg; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.  Friends will be received from 3 to 8 PM Friday at the LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME, INC., 516 Stanton Street, Greensburg.  Prayers will begin at 9:30 AM Saturday in the funeral home, followed by a funeral mass to be celebrated at 10 AM in St. Paul Parish, Greensburg.  Interment will follow in Greensburg Catholic Cemetery.  www.bachafh.com
