Anne M. Delaney, 87, of Greensburg, died Tuesday, January 8, 2019 in Westmoreland Manor, Greensburg. She was born April 24, 1931 in Philadelphia, a daughter of the late George and Anna (Breslin) Loughran. She was a graduate of the Diploma School of Nursing at Thomas Jefferson Hospital, and also received a Bachelor of Science in education from the California State Teachers College. Prior to retirement Anne had been a registered nurse at Monsour Medical Center, and was an Inservice instructor at Westmoreland Manor. She was a member of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, Greensburg. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, John L. “Jack” Delaney; and her brother, John Loughran. She is survived by three sons, John M. Delaney, of Greensburg, Michael P. Delaney and wife Patricia, of Evans, GA, and Sean M. Delaney and wife Virginia, of Ferndale, Wash.; her daughter, Maureen A. Brant and husband David, of Greensburg; four grandchildren, Ryan, Erin and Shannon Delaney, and Harrison Davis; two sisters, Margaret Ozorowski, or Roswell, GA, and Lorraine Loughran-Postoll, of Sarasota, Fla.; and several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received from 4 to 8 PM Sunday at the LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME, INC., 516 Stanton Street, Greensburg. Prayers will begin at 9:30 AM Monday in the funeral home, followed by a memorial mass to be celebrated at 10 AM in Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, Greensburg. Inurnment will follow in St. Clair Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Wayward Whiskers, P.O.
