Milan Laco Obituary

Milan J. Laco, 85, of Greensburg, beloved husband and father, went to be with our Lord on Monday, September 17, 2018.  He was born June 6, 1933 in Crabtree, a son of the late Andrew and Helen (Filo) Laco.  Prior to retirement he had been employed by PPG Industries, South Greensburg.  He was a member of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, Greensburg and was a Navy veteran serving in the Korean Conflict.  Milan was a great sports fan.  He will be cheering the Steelers, Pirates and Penguins from heaven.  In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his sister, Helen Wisneski.  He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Mary Ann (Constantine) Laco; his son, Andrew J. Laco and wife Tami, of Las Vegas, NV; his daughter, Janice M. Smith and husband George, of New Galilee; two grandchildren; his brother, John Laco, of Jeannette; and several nieces and nephews.  Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM Thursday at the LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME, INC., 516 Stanton Street, Greensburg.  Prayers will begin at 9:00 AM Friday in the funeral home, followed by a funeral mass to be celebrated at 9:30 AM in Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, Greensburg.  Entombment will follow in Greensburg Catholic Cemetery Mausoleum.  The family would like to thank Excela Hospice for their excellent care and compassion.  www.bachafh.com
