Harry G. Cope, 80, of Jeannette, died Tuesday, Jan. 26, 2021, in Redstone Highlands, Murrysville. He was born March 13, 1940, in Greensburg, a son of the late George Miller and Alice Katherine (Zundel) Cope. Harry was a graduate of Penn State University and an Army veteran serving in Korea. Prior to retirement, he had been a draftsman with Elliott Company, Jeannette, for 35 years. He was a life member of Harrold Zion Lutheran Church, Greensburg. He was an avid outdoorsman and a member of the Harrold Hunting Club and the Sterling Run Sportsman's Club. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Joan S. (Sopko) Cope. He is survived by his daughter, Jennifer Clausius and husband, Scott, of Lewes, Del.; his son, David H. Cope and wife, Sara, of Jeannette; four grandchildren, John Robbins, Makenna Cope, Zackary Clausius and Carrie Clausius; and his sister, Donna V. Cope, of Greensburg. Friends will be received from 3 to 6 p.m. Thursday at the LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME INC., 516 Stanton St., Greensburg, where a funeral service will immediately follow at 6 p.m. with the Rev.
