Jean L. (Copeland) Burton

Jean L. (Copeland) Burton, 99, of Connellsville, died Sunday, June 26, 2022 in Excela Health Frick Hospital, Mount Pleasant.  She was born March 12, 1923 in Clinton, SC, a daughter of the late Eugene and Bannie (Kennard) Copeland.  She was a member of Calvary Assembly of God, Connellsville.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John D. Burton; and her son, Lou Burton.  She is survived by seven children, Joseph Burton, John Burton, Frank Burton, Mary Cogdell, Charles Burton, Theresa Mullen, and Kenneth Burton; 21 grandchildren; 46 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.  Family and friends are invited to attend a funeral service at 11 AM Thursday in the LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME, INC., 516 Stanton Street, Greensburg with the Rev. Matthew Goldsberry officiating.  Interment will follow in St. Clair Cemetery, Greensburg.  www.bachafh.com
