John Eisaman Obituary

John Wayne Eisaman, 69 of Greensburg, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, March 23rd, 2024.  He was born November 13, 1954, in Mt. Pleasant, a son of the late Genevieve (Armstrong) and Earl Solomon Eisaman. He grew up in the small town of Youngwood and graduated from Hempfield High School, class of 1973. He worked for many years as a GM automotive technician, both with C. Harper Chevrolet and Kenny Ross Chevrolet. He also loved restoring classic cars and throughout his life finished several projects and enjoyed going to local car cruises. John was also a man of many talents as he could fix and build almost anything he put his mind to. He was an avid Steelers fan and enjoyed watching them and the Pirates play throughout their seasons.  John was the comedian of the family and knew when to rile family members into laughter. He enjoyed time with everyone and taking numerous family vacations and excursions.  He also enjoyed spending his days with his side-by-side companion “Daisy Mae”. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by several siblings, Iona Stout, Patricia Daniels, Donald Eisaman, Edward Eisaman, James’s “Sonny” Eisaman, and Mary Porch. John is survived by his wife of 43 years, Elizabeth “Betty” Bell Eisaman; two children, Adrienne Faight and husband Robert, and Benjamin Lee Eisaman; a cherished granddaughter, Gabriella Faight; four siblings Joan Nenortas (Richard), Kenneth Eisaman (Nancy), George Eisaman, Paul Eisaman (Kathy); and numerous nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME, INC., 516 Stanton Street, Greensburg from 10 to 11 AM on Thursday, April 4, 2024, at which time a memorial service will be held.
