Joseph R. Sinclair, Jr.

Joseph R. Sinclair Jr., 74, of Summerfield, Fla., died Tuesday, September 28, 2021, in Excela Health Westmoreland Hospital, Greensburg.  He was born June 25, 1947, in Pittsburgh, a son of the late Joseph R. Sr. and Edna Mae (Thearle) Sinclair.  Prior to retirement he had been a nuclear engineer for Westinghouse Siemens.  He was a Navy veteran serving in the nuclear submarine service.  Joe was a member of the American Legion of Port Vue, PA.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Charles Hamilton Sinclair; and his sister, Margaret Sinclair.  He is survived by his wife of 53 years this coming spring, Carol Lynn (Rushe) Sinclair; their children, Christopher Joseph Sinclair (Natasha), and Rebecca Sinclair (James); two grandchildren, Jonah and Victoria; and several brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.  Family and friends will be received from 6 to 8 PM Friday at the LEO M.
