Mary Jane (Fetsko) Austeri, 89, of Greensburg, died Friday, April 29, 2022, in Mt. View Senior Living, Hempfield Township. She was born June 2, 1932, in Warren, OH, a daughter of the late George and Anna (Shamrock) Fetsko. Jane and her husband were the owners and operators of “The Family Bar” in Greensburg for 45 years. She also retired as a bakery associate at Shop n Save, Route 66 store in Greensburg. She was a member of St. Bartholomew Catholic Church in Crabtree. She enjoyed music, dancing and baking. She was an expert at crossword puzzles. Jane loved to entertain and host family gatherings. She loved her grandchildren; her family was the most important thing to her. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Rudolph “Rudy” Austeri; her son Robert J. Austeri; and her brother, Bill Fetsko. She is survived by her son, David Austeri (wife, RoseAnn) of Greensburg; her daughter, Kathie McClinton (husband, Al, Jr.), of Derry; three grandchildren, Sarah McClinton Fajbik (Justin), Paul McClinton (Carrie), and Deanna Newmyer (William); six great-grandchildren, Anderson and Charlie McClinton, Parker and Cecilia Fajbik, and Marina Rose and MiaBella Newmyer; her brother, Jim Fetsko (Marg), of Greensburg; her brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Teresa Austeri (companion Bob Heaps), of Delmont, Helen Shaner, Tom Austeri (Nikki) and Becky Austeri, all of Greensburg; and several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received from 3 to 7 PM Tuesday at the LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME, INC., 516 Stanton Street, Greensburg. Prayers will begin at 9:15 AM Wednesday in the funeral home, followed by a funeral mass to be celebrated at 10 AM in St. Bartholomew Catholic Church, Crabtree with the Rev. Justin Matro, OSB as celebrant. Interment will follow in Greensburg Catholic Cemetery.
