Terry R. Greer

Terry R. Greer, 71, of Scottdale, passed away Saturday, Oct. 23, 2021, at Excela Health Frick Hospital, Mt. Pleasant, surrounded by his loving family. He was born May 17, 1950, in Clymer, a son of the late George B. and Gladys M. (River) Greer. Prior to retirement, he was a van driver for Southmoreland School District for over 35 years. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Wendy J. Greer; two brothers, Jim and Ed Greer; and a sister, Thelma Weaver. He is survived by his daughters, Rhonda McFann (Dale Miller), of Derry, Brandy Hirko (Albert), of Stahlstown, and Sierra Greer, of Scottdale; two grandsons, Derek Hirko (Mallory), of Seward and Lee McFann (Shayla), of Harrisburg; two great grandsons, Hayden and Brennan Hirko of Seward, two sisters, Janet Harrold, of Mt. Pleasant, and Glenna Brant, of South Carolina; and many nieces and nephews. Also surviving is his wife, Nancy L. (Davis) Greer; stepdaughter, Pamelyn Orischak, of Calumet; stepsons, John Orischak (Kelly) and David Orischak (Jennifer), all of Mt. Pleasant; and several step-grandchildren.
